Could not load file or assembly 'UiPath.System.Activities"

When I start a new blank task in Studiox I get the following error: “Could not load file or assembly 'UiPath.System.Activities” or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." When I load an existing project that uses UiPath.System.Activities i do not get error.

Anybody that can help to resolve this?

  1. Could you please specify the Studio version?
  2. Copy a version of the System package under “StudioInstallDir” / Packages and try again

Thank you for pitching in - the version is Studio X 2021.4.3.

So I have the following system activities file in my package folder in the install directory : UiPath.System.Activities.21.4.0-beta.1503564.nupkg
In the package folder where my local package source is listed in StudioX I currently have a UiPath.System.Activities.21.4.0.nupkg file. Are you saying I should copy the one from my install directory and have both in the local package folder?

Make sure you have the UiPath.System.Activities.21.4.0.nupkg package in the [Studio]/Packages folder, like this:
