Could not find file with SMPT

Hello, I am doing a process which downloads a file, in this case PDF, from a website and then sends an email with SMPT attached to the file. The problem is that sometimes it finds the file and other times it doesn’t, being the same directory. Attached image
What could I do?

Please check if the file-path is exactly the same.
