Copy Multiple Excel data and Paste

Hi. i need some help with regards to copying and pasting excel data.

I’ve tried using range but doesn’t work.

what I need to do is copy from the list, then paste data per 37 rows only. after the 37th data, it should paste to the next specified space.

sample if I have 100 rows but in the area where it should be pasted only have 30 rows, I need to paste the first 30 then to another comlum the next 30

is this possible?
