Connection issue with the Test license - Error code 1230 - No robot configured for the current user

Hi All,

I am facing Connection issue with the Test license. My orchestrator is connected but the robot is unable to retrieve the test license.

Tried-

  1. Checked the license allocation.
  2. Test Tenant Folder > Machine > Allocated user
  3. In test tenant > ROBOT > Provided roles (Allowed user automation, Folder Admin, ROBOT Mixed)

Kindly let me know if I am missing anything.

  • In UiPath Assistant → Preferences → Orchestrator Settings → Sign out and Disconnect

  • In Task Manager close any UiPath Assistant processes and UiPath User Service
    Open cmd.exe in the robot session → run whoami → get the value → provide it in the Orchestrator → Tenant → Manage Access → Edit the robot user/account → Unattended setup → Domain\Username

Check if you have this setup

  • In UiPath Assistant → Preferences → Orchestrator Settings → change the Connection type to Client ID → provide the Orchestrator URL → Client ID and Client Secret of the machine template that has the Testing runtime

  • Connect

Resolution-

Signed out from UiPath Assistant → Changed the Connection type to Client ID → Provided the Orchestrator URL → Client ID & Client Secret of the machine template that has the Testing runtime

(Didn’t signed In to UiPath Assistant)
