"A Task was Cancelled" - can't connect to cloud Orchestrator

Connection to our on prem Orchestrator works fine. Now I try some experiments with the cloud, but I can’t get it to work,

Always the same error message: “A Task was Cancelled”

A task was canceled.

How do you know what is the “AccountName” and what is the “ServiceName”?

I’ve tried every combination, and nothing works. Running Studio 20.4.3
