Connect Sharepoint List download Attachment and the Update List with Sales order Number

I want Download Documents to folder and Create Sales Order by VA01 base on attachment and then Update the List with New Created Sales Order Number(s). This List may more than one Documents. How to connect Sharepoint and Update the list ?

Testing on my PC and using Sharepoint.

i automated something similar in the past i guess within a for-loop, what iterates through all elements a specific list has, i iterate through every field the listitem has. extracting information i need etc. [grafik] for example i use some fieldvalues and overwrite them with new values if needed [grafik] after im done, i just update the listitem with the activity below and all changes are getting updated in sharepoint immediately. [grafik] hope this helps
