Compare two values in same datatable

I have a excel stored in a data table i want to compare one row value with other like below

if highlighted ones matches i have to add them to other datatable. Any help?

Loop through a data table

I will like to loop through a specific column in a table. (Name) Find similer names in the column. Get all the row with the names and put then in a saparate excel file. Would appreciate any help with this.thx
