Compare data from 2 sheets under same excel

Hi I am attaching one excel shaeet.
It contains following sheet

  1. Sheet “Course Content” and Column “Title* (COURSE CONTENT)”
  2. Sheet "Data " and Column “New column 0”

i have to compare to data using “verify Expression with operator” activity.
please suggest me.
