Community edition Orchestrator - Multiple users

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have setup my orchestrator which is now linked to my BOT in my system. I have sent invite to couple of my colleagues using their email addresses. They accepted the invite, signed up but the dashboard shows “Access Denied” in almost all sections. Can you please help?

Is it community edition doesn’t offer multiple user support in orchestrator?

Hi @Siddarth_Nair

You will need to configure the users for your Orchestrator service. You will also need to grant those users a Role within the Orchestrator instance.

Then they will be allowed to do things in the Orchestrator

Thanks for the reply @loginerror .

Can you please share more details on the user configuration and what roles should be set up and assigned?
We want 3 of us (3 separate system / robots) to access the same orchestrator.

HI @Siddarth_Nair

In the Orchestrator cloud platform, there is a Users page which you can change their access levels.

Additionally, you also have few settings in your Orchestrator instance as well. There you can provide user roles with specific permission. You can first create your roles with the permissions you need for each role. Then you can add the role to the users you need. In the Orchestrator, if you click on the top right corner user button, you will have an option to navigate to Users page. There you can define the roles and the users who have access.

Hope it helps
