User access for in orchestrator

If we have community edition then can we add multiple user or can we provide the access to them. Or we require enterprise edition

In UiPath Community Edition, multiple users cannot be added, and access cannot be provided to other users directly within the platform. Community Edition is designed for individual developers or small-scale personal projects.

If you require multiple users and user access management, you would need UiPath Enterprise Edition or the UiPath Orchestrator platform. UiPath Orchestrator provides centralized user and access management, allowing you to create and manage multiple user accounts with different roles and permissions. With UiPath Enterprise Edition or Orchestrator, you can set up roles and permissions for users, control access to processes, assets, and other resources, and manage user accounts and licenses more effectively. This allows for collaboration among team members and better governance over your automation projects.

  1. Sign in to UiPath Orchestrator as the administrator.
  2. Navigate to the Users page in Orchestrator.
  3. Create new user accounts by providing the necessary details for each user, such as username and email.
  4. Assign appropriate roles and permissions to each user based on their responsibilities and access requirements.
  5. Save the changes and provide the login credentials to each user.

No we can’t create multiple users in Community edition. There is only one admin in Community edition and no option to create multiple users.

In Enterprise edition we can create the multiple users. It allows to create by the admin in community edition.
