Have you tried opening Studio as administrator? Also, are you using Community Edition(chose Start Free when you first activated)? When did you first install Studio?
Ya i have tried with same like opened Studio as administrator and i have chooses Community Edition free version only

I have visited UiPath the device id and email are correct and I click the button and it says my license has been updated, please restart Uipath Studio Community, but when I do I still get the error below.

I am also using the community edition,even after renewing the licences ,Studio open with a pop up asking from 3 options:-
- Start Free
- Activate license
- View License

Just tried with my Community License and it worked, it has been renewed for another 12 weeks.
Some things to double check:
- device ID to be the right one (the one in Studio - Help)
- restart Studio after renewal
- try opening Studio from
%localappdata%\UiPath\UiPath.Studio.exe
