After installing the UiPath Remote Runtime the following error is thrown on the Citrix machine - remote communication error. Communication Error with UiPath Remote Runtime.

Issue Description: Unable to communicate with the remote runtime extension.

Resolution: The first recommendation after following all troubleshooting steps from our documentation - About UiPath Remote Runtime, is to check the permissions for the folder: C:\ProgramData\UiPath\UiPath.Common and make sure it is whitelisted (provide read and write access to the location for the user).
