I’m trying to add a user to the cloud with an email we created for an unattended bot.
The email receives every other email we have tested, but the invitation email sent when creating the user will not come through. I have tried several times, and even waited days.
We were finally able to figure out from UIpath that the emails in question were on their email suppression list because the initial email orchestrator sent was blocked and returned. They were able to remove the emails from the suppression list and then everyone worked great.
