I created a Orchestrator user a few days ago, now with the update I can’t access my robots.
When I go into the Services Tab the name of the service is grayed out and I can’t click it and access the robots.
I think it’s because my account is not fully accepted, because when I go to users, under the “Last Active” column it says “Pending Invitation”. But I have not recieved any e-mail to confirm anything.
I don’t know if I’m missing something or if it’s some bug.
Please help.

Hello @lmarin, It is a known issue that we are working to fix, but the quick and dirty work-around is to invite another user and assign him Administrator rights on the service instance. The other user can be another email address that you are using.

The very first instance I tried to login to the cloud platform I wasn’t able to login. It said password is wrong though I gave the same. Then I did a password reset. Then everything worked. May be resetting your password will help.
It’s just something i tried. Give it a shot and see…
