Clipboard AI only pasting 1 row from image into excel

I have a simple image from a screenshot (CRM software) with 2 columns and multiple rows of data which I wish to paste into excel using Clipboard AI. It keeps only posting the top row of data into excel only. Cannot find anything in the forums which will allow me to fix it.
