Click triggers fail in SAP GUI

I configured SAP GUI and server as in:

I am building a process that monitors the user clicks on SAP GUI (version 730). Using a click trigger I’m able to capture clicks on the window. Instead, again using a click trigger, but this time on a single button, the click is ignored. Can you help me?
