Click Dynamic Name

Hi guys, I am trying to click a cell with my specified value on it, on a website. Although I know how to edit the selector, the problem is that I can’t find the dynamic part in the UiPath selector.
Here is what I mean:
Here is the element I want to click on, F 005410

However in the selector, there was no F 005410:

And this is where the F 005407 shows up, at the bottom 5th line:

How do I select / click on this? Is there another way of doing this?

Hi here is the ui explorer, in this case the title I am interested in is PMS 115309. I can see it in the property explorer window.
