Citrix - Mismatched UiPath package versions - Which Version do I install?

Hello Folks

Could you please assist me on following problem, that we are having on a customer-environment with Citrix Apps not being recognized through Click (Element) activities etc.
Dependencies and Citrix Plugin are both installed and set to 4.3, also the runtimeinstaller is installed on the citrix server:

I am facing following issue:
error

Basicly the Enterprise Studio Installer is not matching with the RunTimeEnv.msi Installer, but I downloaded 4.3 of both Version from my cloud.uipath.com.

Do I have to downgrade to 19.10 for Citrix Apps to work?

…or are there any other solutions?
