Citrix automation help

Hi,
This is my first time automation with Citrix. I have installed Citrix plugin. My application to be automated launches from a URL.

Can I use Modern click, type into etc.? Or do I have to switch to classic native citrix recording? or Can I use modern App\Web recording? Please explain to me. Thanks a lot,
