Hi there,

I am facing an issue with the chrome extension. It is working fine in detecting the elements on web pages but when I use Open Browser activity, I am getting an error “Cannot communicate with the browser, please check the UiPath extension.”

I have tried all the possible solutions that were already available for other chrome extension problems. If some has faced a similar problem or has any idea, please help.

Check if there are some updates running in the VM and It blocks / uninstall the chrome extension

Also It will good to raise a ticket with technical support too

@Srini84 Thank you for your help.
I am trying this on my personal machine, no issue with the installation of the chrome extension. All other activities related to the browser are working properly.
I Will definitely try to connect with the support team.
