Chat-GPT4o and UiPath

Hi UiPath Community,

I’m working on an automation project that I want to trigger on system startup. The goal is for this automation to connect with ChatGPT-4o and interact with it to manage my workspace based on my needs. For instance, if I’m working, it should set up my workspace (open certain applications, documents, etc.), and if I’m not working, it should open other apps for leisure or personal use.

I am really just wondering if anyone has created anything with the use of GPT4o yet. I would love to be able to talk about and forth with the Bot.

Very interested,
Cheers

@Ryker_Schenck

do you really need chatgpt for this? like you could just create a bot which based on your input can open applications lets say you build a work mode bot and have it read from a config all the applications you need for work. The bot will be able to open them without any issues

I suggest searching the forums, there are lots of posts on how to use ChatGPT.

Yes, this is true. I am just interested in the text-to-speech and speech-to-text activities and using gpt to make it life-like, would require major string manipulation to extract keywords and whatnot. I’m trying to make it seem more like a conversation rather than clicking Yes/No in message boxes. Something I will continue to play with.

Thanks! I will take a look at them. To me it looks like no one is utilizing the openAI activities and mostly use HTTP requests.
