Can't get to my host tenant from new Orchestrator 2020.10.3

Hi,
I can’t get to my host tenant from my login page.
When I login now I am getting this window to choose tenant. This is fine but I need to be able to get to the host tenant to manage licences.

I also tried to logout, which in pervious release would take me to this screen that does allow me to change tenant.

I’m not able to get to here now.

Please help,

can i know witch version are you using , and hope you are using License Enterprise version isn’t ?

Yes, licences enterprise, version 2020.10.3

Do you have any admin account or are you using the admin account for this ?
And how did get your first image in login page ?

Have you recently upgrade the version and appiering this issue after that, then i think better contact tecnical suport

Quick update on this @Maneesha_de_silva
I did speak to support and it looks like it’s a bug with the new release. There back button is missing from the “Select Tenant” page that means you cannot login to Host. They have given me a URL as a backup https://xsj-dvaprpa01.xlnx.xilinx.com/account/hostlogin/

I have a on-prem Orchestrator version 2020.10. How could I get to host tenant? This backup url did not work for me.

I’m using https://<host_url>/identity/ but obviously replace <host_url> with your hostname
