Hello I’m trying to add the agent builder service in admin but I don’t see it in either community nor enterprise version under “add services”, the documentation mentions about “agent units”, so does this mean community users don’t have access to these whatsoever and enterprise users need to purchase these in addition to the AI units we have?

Agent Builder service is not available for Community users. Enterprise users need to purchase Agent Units separately in addition to AI Units.

Agent Builder still in private preview meaning it’s not available for all. You can join the waitlist here and wait for your turn to get the access.
You should be able to use your existing AI units for this once you get the access.
You can expect access to agent Builder in upcoming months.
