And the user is assigned to folder?

while assign the user provide creds with domain\username this username and domain should be your bot machines where assistant installed.

Yes usually the domain/username field appears while you tried to add a robot but in my tenant I don’t see an option to add a robot

in mordern folder → click automation → robot
