Please note that steps are lil different for classic folders and modern folders.

Could you confirm which folders you are on and which edition(community/enterprise) and version you are using?

To verify, hover on your folders, if outlined blue(its modern), if orange(its classic).

Once this is identified, unattended bot can be set up by creating either standard machine or machine template. For this, refer links shared in above post by @ydimitrova
