Cannot reset uipath academy password as no mail received


I am trying to access the weblink.

Unfortunately, I forgot my password.

I tried resetting the password.

I tried both ‘username’ and ‘email address’ for resetting the password. I got a screen message that email is sent.

However, I have not received any email for resting the password in my mailbox. Checked all inbox and spam folders.

Got support from Academy Support and fixed. this issue.

They helped me by providing temporary password.

I logged in accordingly and changed my password.

Now I can use the platform.
