Cannot remove user in Orchestrator

I logged in as admin, provisioned a user and now am trying to remove the user. However, I receive a “an error occurred” in red at the top of the page.
Is there a central locale in the Orchestrator folders where logs are kept?
The Audit listing does not provide much detail.
Any other ideas to remediate this problem are welcome.

Are you using the free Orchestrator CE or your own custom installation? If the latter, you can always contact our support to resolve your issue.
