I can't deactivate an user

Hi people!

I’m having problems when I want to deactivate two users in the orchestrator.

I get the following message

Reviewing in a previous post, it was solved by removing the user roles. But in my case it didn’t work.

Looks like this is the only user you have…may be that is the reason you are unable to remove

It’s only showing that user because he filtered it on “fr”

@Jose_Manuel_Alvarez_Suare do you have delete user permissions?

Yes, I have permissions.

Check if the user exists in the Manage Accounts and Groups. If it is not there, recreate it with the same details as in Orchestrator.

Then delete it from Manage Access and in the end from Manage Accounts and Groups.

i did it but it didn’t work
