Cannot indicate any element on mobile emulator

Hello there,

I did my configurations and set up my device and apps on Mobile Device Manager on Studio, but the problem is, cannot proceed to my project.

because whatever i tried, couldnt indicate any element on the screen.
I tried all selection options but no hope.

When you hover with the mouse over the device do you see green rectangles?

No unfortunately not, thats the actual problem. Nothing appears, just plain screen as on the image that i posted.

but not when indicating something from an activity, just in the MDM session when moving the mouse around. Also if you hit the refresh button, is something changing?

Rather than indicating, on MDM session, its still same, and refreshing doesnt change its status.

if you have more logs from appium and MDM, I’d be happy to take a look. Otherwise I have no idea about what’s causing this.
