The screen of mobile device manager is hidden

After starting the connection to mobile, I cannot see the projection of the screen. I have tried to uninstall and install the studio again. However, the display is still not work.

How can I fix this issue?

Hi,

  1. Check taskbar and system tray: Look for the UiPath Mobile Device Manager icon in the taskbar or system tray. It may be hidden there, and you can click on it to bring up the screen.
  2. Use Alt+Tab: Press the Alt+Tab keys together to cycle through the open windows on your computer. Keep an eye out for the UiPath Mobile Device Manager window.
  3. Cascade or tile windows: If you have multiple windows open, right-click on the taskbar and choose “Cascade windows” or “Tile windows” to arrange them in a way that makes it easier to find the Mobile Device Manager screen.
  4. Reset window layout: In UiPath Studio, go to the “View” tab and click on “Reset Window Layout.” This action will restore the default window layout, which may help bring the Mobile Device Manager screen into view.
  5. Check dual monitor setup: If you have multiple monitors connected to your computer, ensure that the Mobile Device Manager screen is not appearing on a different monitor. Move your mouse cursor to the edge of each screen to check if it appears.
  6. Restart UiPath: Sometimes, restarting UiPath can resolve display issues. Close UiPath completely and then relaunch it to see if the Mobile Device Manager screen becomes visible.

Thank you

There maybe some misunderstanding in between. The screen is the mobile screen in the mobile device manager.

You can see the red circle. It should able to see the mobile screen.

Hi,

  1. Check the device connection: Ensure that your mobile device is properly connected to the computer via USB and that the necessary drivers are installed. Verify that your device is recognized by your computer and can be accessed through other applications.
  2. Enable USB debugging: On your mobile device, go to the Developer Options settings and make sure that USB debugging is enabled. This setting allows the computer to access and project the screen of your device.
  3. Grant necessary permissions: Some devices require specific permissions to allow screen projection. Check your device settings to ensure that the necessary permissions, such as screen sharing or screen mirroring, are enabled for the UiPath application or any related service.
  4. Try a different USB cable or port: Sometimes, connection issues can be caused by a faulty USB cable or port. Try using a different USB cable or connecting to a different USB port on your computer to rule out any hardware-related problems.
  5. Restart the mobile device and computer: Try restarting both your mobile device and computer. This can help refresh the connection and resolve any temporary issues.
  6. Update UiPath and dependencies: Ensure that you’re using the latest version of UiPath Studio and any relevant packages or dependencies. Check for any available updates and install them to ensure compatibility and to address any potential bugs or issues.
  7. Contact UiPath support: If you’ve exhausted all troubleshooting options and the screen projection still doesn’t work in UiPath Studio, it’s advisable to reach out to UiPath support for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your setup and help troubleshoot the problem more effectively.

Remember to provide detailed information about your operating system, UiPath version, mobile device model, and any error messages you encounter when contacting support.
