Why do authentication fail for the User account when using Integration Services and logs the error "Connector [uipath-freshworks-freshservice] does not have any connections" in Event Viewer.
Current limitation with Connections: Connections created / updated are specific to the user and the platform. - Accessing Connectors .
Root Cause: User running the automation integrated with the Connector is different from the user who created the connection.
Resolution:
- To run the automations use the same user account that is used to create the connection.
Or
- Assign the Robot account supposed to run the automation the Folder-level permissions for the Connections item. Choose the appropriate level: view, edit, create or delete.
