Cannot connect robot although I have admin rights

Studio/Robot version: 2018.4.5

Current behavior: When trying to connect a robot service with the orchestrator all the fields are completely greyed out. I log onto the server via RDP with the user I want to use with the robot. The user is in the Administrators group. It has worked before and the robot was already connected, but suddenly disconnected an I cannot connect it again.

This might happening because you might have logged in with different user id(credential) but in robot might have defined with different user id(credentials)

If so try to login with same user which is defined in the robot section of the orchestrator then it might solve your problem…
