You cannot change the status from exception to New
Instead the option is you can re add those items
We cannot change the status from exception back to new
but you can use get queue items are get the business exception items and add them back as new items using add queue item activity
or from orchestrator directly you can click on clone for the item and create a new one again which will be of new state
