Can i give access to one user to diffrent two folder in same client machine?

Let’s say i have one user, it is having access one folder with automation developer role in one client machine.
Now I want to do, I have created a different folder, and I have assign that same user to the new created folder,
and I want to run the bot on same client machine, can I do this??

Doubts on the POC–

  1. Folder is specific to user/robot account?
  2. Machine is spesfic to user/robot account?

Yes, you can do it but not simultaneously. One after another will work.

  1. No. You can have multiple users and robots assigned to the folder.
  2. If you are talking about the machine template, you can add multiple user to the machine template and as per license availability you can trigger them.

I am getting this error, BCS same machine(I have given there same username and password) which is using for other folder.

You have to assign the same machine and user should not create another machine and try to give the same credentials in two places that might not work as that machine and user combination is already created that combination can be directly assigned to any number of folders instead of creating it again
