BOT Credentials setup in orchestator is reset often

Hi Team

We have initially setup BOT credentials in assets at orchestator.
When we try to lookup the credentials for bot , credentials gets reset often and BOT is failing to run the program using the supplied credentials.

Is this related UIPATH setting/ get credentials. What is best way to store the credentials at orchestrator?

What version of Orchestrator/Studio are you using? I think this was fixed in the latest release of one or the other.

We are having same issue, I have changed the credential type to per robot and seems to be working fine.

How to update Asset credentials?

My version is 2016.2 and I just tested per robot credential(monthly expiring) and works fine. But the thing is, same login is going to be used by 10 bots, so the plan is to move this log in from Windows creds to Assets, so the support team won’t have to change one by one every month. Thinks might look simpler than the previous for them though. Thank you both for the help!
