Use Case Description
Big part of our business is around billing our customers based on different inputs we receive from our vendors and market conditions.
This creates a scenario were billing our customers in very different every single time. If you add to this the a big number of customers all over the world, you can start noticing where complexity starts to build up.
I’ll love to create a strong ML model that allow us to create a 0 touch billing process. And in the cases that exceptions happen. We can leverage the assistant and that the humans can make the hard decisions and then handle the result to a bot to continue with the billing process.
