Best Practices while working with SilverLight

Hi All,

I am having issues while working with web interface that is based on Silverlight. while i want to retrieve a data or click on icons, it is not being stable and persistent on performing these tasks. If anyone has any suggestions of best practices or the best activities to use please share.

1- I am trying to make the bot click on task management in case it is pointing on different header.
2- I am trying to scrape the data. but it is not able to.

Please advise.

Do you have the Silverlight extension installed?

Does Native screen scraping work in the right panel? You could try Click Text in this case.

Limit the use of recording, then use specific activities based on process requirements, in your case you can use click, double click or type into activities.

Hello.

To install the Silverlight extension you have to go to the Setup tab, Click Setup Extensions and select Silverlight.
