You need to log in to the Orchestrator host server. Once you are in, search for Internet Information Services (IIS) option & the page with the services being utilized will open up. Navigate to the sites option, identify the UiPath Orchestrator service & click on the Stop option available. This will bring your Orch services down safely & you can perform the required downtime actions.
Well, in that case, you try this: Log in to the cloud orchestrator & navigate to the admin tab. Select the tenant & go to the services tab. There you can disable the Orchestrator service.
By disabling Orchestrator, the service can no longer be accessed and any exiting license allocation will be removed. Existing data will be preserved and you can re-enable the service to regain access.
Thanks, that does help. However, it looks like it caused one of my RPAs to fault rather than waiting for it to complete. This is something that I would prefer to avoid.
This action will instantaneously disconnect the orchestrator service, rather than waiting for any pending execution completion. It’s better to take a look at the running processes once, before disabling the service.
