Best browser to use on Windows Server 2019?

Hi,

I have been using IE until now. Im starting to look at other alternatives.

Will my processes that uses IE still work in the coming months/years?
I mean that even if IE is not supported, will there be some kind of security updates or such after the 15th of June?

What browser is recommended on a Windows Server 2019?
Is it Firefox, Chrome or Edge?

Edge doesnt natively have Edge installed, only way seems to be to get it from here:

Here I need to select the version and build, will I need to do it once or will it automatically do it after, will it update to the latest stable version after some time or will I need to do it manually?
