Automation Developer Associate Training have issues

I’ve completed the learning plan but haven’t received the credentials. So, I tried to investigate the issue. Here is what I found.
The OVERVIEW Tab of the learning plan has 21 courses. Check the attached screenshot.

But the LEARNING PLAN CURRICULUM Tab doesn’t have course number 21.

So, I cleared the browser cache but didn’t work. It’s 4th day and the same happening. Looking for a solution. Thanks

I created a ticket a day before yesterday and the issue is resolved.

Hello, @system I cannot proceed the Automation Developer Associate Training learning Plan.It only gives me the option to take the assessment and I have not finishes the learning plan. Kindly help assist.

Better to contact with support. But try the following methods before contacting.

  1. Clear cache of browser
  2. Make sure that extensions you’ve installed are not affecting the site
