Attended robot node locked license

Hi,

Installer(.exe or .msi):.msi

License type(Free, Trial/License code):Licence

Studio/Robot version:2018.1.3(Robot Version)

Current behavior:

Screenshot:

Two licences(Studio(Node Locked),Attended Robot(Node Locked)) are available for uipath development.
Studio got installed and license activated successfully in one server.
Activated license for robot using command line argument with email and code for the same server where studio got installed.

Getting below information when tried with Regutil.exe get-info in command prompt,
Attended:0
Unattended:0
Free:0
Dev:0

Looks like the license was not applied correctly for front end robot without orchestrator.

Can you please provide any suggestions to resolve this issue and also is this correct way to activate license for front end robot without orchestrator.

Any help highly appreciated.

Hi Nagaveni,

Just checking some things first. Did you open an elevated command line and navigated to C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Studio\UiPath?

Thanks for your quick response.

Yes tried with elevated access and navigated to C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Studio\UiPath and activated license for Uipath robot.

And have you installed the Robot on a different machine than Studio?

Have you contacted our support team providing the License code and Device ID? They can check your license and tell what has been activated on it, how many activations are left and also help you activate:

Select Service request - Licensing.

do you solve this issue. I am facing the same Problem. i have a Studio (local) and i want to install an unattended Bot on Server.
any suggestions?
