Attended licensing: Can I run simultaneously 2 attended robot with same user by 1 license?

In this document, they point out: “the user under which the robot runs must be assigned a license that provides that user rights to use the Attended Robot”

Q1: I understand that 1 attended licensing = 1 user can run attended bots. In other work, if a user(logging in client computer) have only 1 attended licensing, this user can still run multiple attended robots in same time ?

Q2: If 1 attended licensing = 1 user, so can mutiple users (my client machine have 5 users work on it) can use same attended licensing at different time ? As example, user A log in client machine X in morning and run attended bot, then user B log in client machine X in afternoon and can run same attended bot with same license ?

No. Only one.

In case you have only Named User licenses. In order to use the license that was used by another user, you need to release it so the next user can log in and use it (In Cloud Portal, this is available using the User License Management feature set to Enable and then in the Licenses → License Allocations to Groups → Automation Developers → Group members with license inheritance → Release License).

@marian.platonov “In Cloud Portal, this is available using the User License Management feature set to Enable and then in the Licenses → License Allocations to Groups → Automation Developers → Group members with license inheritance → Release License)” → sorry but can you explain more ? I can not add any user to group, and I don’t see any adding button too

You need first to add the licenses to the Automation Users group.
Then you need to add the users to the Automation Users group.
Then ask one user that is in the Automation Users group to sign in in UiPath Assistant, then check again the Group members with license inheritance

hi @marian.platonov

meaning that 1 licensed of attended robot named user is ALLOWED to have 3 simultaneous sessions?

i can only find this statement on this forum ,posted by UiPath but not in any documentation.
So 1 antteded robot named user, can and allowed to be provisioned and used up to 3 simultaneous sessions ?

thanks

No, only one at a time in the same device.

For each Named User license, the user is entitled to leverage the licensed products from up to three devices (for example, their laptop, desktop, and mobile), as long as they use their licensed user account.
