Attachments replaced by smime.p7s

Hi,

I have to save the attachments from email. On the dev env it was ok but when I moved to prod mailbox I cannot download the attachments. Unfortunatelly I get only file smime.p7s. It is connected with certificates, does anyone know how to fix it?

@logan.capp which activity are you using to retrieve the mail message that you pass to Save Attachments activity?

smime.p7s should be a digital signature.

Please refer below. its due to S/MIME encryption. we need adequate certificate installed
