What is attached window used for ? Can anyone explain in details. Where to use ?

Attach Window is preferably used for the application window which has already been opened and you want to perform some activities on it.

Attach window used in desktop applications, windows application and citrix application.

Most of the time you could perform an action without using the attach window, what is the benefit of using it?

When you are dealing with the multiple window then it is required to have attach window for each new/different window you are automating. This activity is also automatically generated when using the Desktop recorder.
