When i am running the bot via robot tray, I am getting “Assertion Failed” as error.
Can you please help me in this?

Yes it is working fine when it triggered from studio.
One more thing is that ,recently Microsoft office has been updated from 2016 to office 365 .
Is this error because of that upgradation ?
It might be. You could check it using activities dedicated to Office 365.
