we have tried to use the Apps Action Actionable notifications followed by an assign task activity. We have created one field and argument in an action app to test the activity.
The task is created but we do not receive an e-mail with the actionable notification. I think we are missing something. Has someone tried the new feature and can help us?
Might be either the actionable notifications feature isn’t enabled in your tenant settings or the assigned user’s email notifications are off .
Check spam folders too.
1.Enable Actionable Notifications in Tenant Settings
Ensure that the Actionable Notifications feature is enabled in your UiPath tenant settings. This is a prerequisite for receiving emails with embedded actions.
2.Check User Notification Preferences
Each user must have email notifications enabled:
Go to Profile > Preferences > Notifications
Ensure that email notifications are turned on for Action Assigned events
Email Configuration in Action Center
Navigate to Email Configuration under Preferences.
Make sure Enable email notifications is checked
Spam/Junk Folder
Sometimes, these emails may land in the spam or junk folder. Ask the assigned user to check there.
Correct Email Address
Double-check that the task is being assigned to a user with a valid and correct email address.
Hi @prashant1603765
thank you. The notifications are set. So I think the tenant settings are missing.
There is no guidance, which tenant settings must be set. Could you tell me please?
@prashant1603765 yes, as I said I already did set the notifications and the e-mail settings are set as well. The issue is another one. I think we just do not receive e-mails.
I had already published a support ticket regarding this. The help was soso.
Nevertheless, I will just mark your answer as solution.
