If your type into field is more dynamic hard to handle then we used Anchor base in which we select an static anchor element
If you manage to give dynamic selectors correctly then u can use type into
If not then use anchor base as it will give u more accuracy
As only type into is single activity it will be fast
So depending on condition u can use better one
