Hi guys while try to login with my credentials in orchesrator i am getting this error “An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details.” . Please someone help

Hi @phyogananda thanks for your reply. Since, today morning it was working fine i dono what was the problem on saturday i think some problem with UI Path Orchestrator server.

Hi ,

i had the same error . check the windows event viewer→ Window Logs→Application→search for orchestrator and identity service , you will be able to find the event data which will be the error .

for me the issue was related to less space in the server that hosted the DB .
