Server Error in "/" Application

I have recently installed the latest version of UiPath Orchestrator, and getting this error. I checked the DB, it is up and fine.

The below screenshot tells some info, but not sure how to resolve it.

Very weirdly, the issue resolved by simply upgrading the 2020.10.1 orchestrator.

Still not sure, how the issue is resolved.

Well this was because many bugs will be solved in next release

So always try to upgrade / install the latest version
