Amazon Connect and Twilio Activities Activities Stable Release

UiPath is excited to announce that the activity packages for Amazon Connect and Twilio that we announced in October are now generally available.

These activity packages offer activities to initiate outgoing phone calls or send SMS messages.

Activities List

Twilio

  • Twilio Scope - Connects to Twilio and provides a scope for other activities.
  • Make Voice Call - Place a voice call.
  • Send SMS - Sends an SMS message.

Amazon Connect

  • Amazon Connect Scope - Connects to Amazon Connect and provides a scope for other activities.
  • Make Voice Call - Place a voice call and route the call to either an Amazon Connect contact flow or queue.

How to install

UiPath.Twilio.Activities and UiPath.AmazonConnect.Activities packages are now available in the UiPath OFFICIAL feed.

Before you build your first project, complete the steps in the Setup guides for Amazon Connect or Twilio.
